QC Analytical Chemist - 2nd Shift - Verona, WI

2nd shift: 11:30am - 8:00pm (Mon. - Thurs.) and 9:30am - 6pm (Fri) - The primary purpose of the QC Analytical Chemist is to provide support to the Production and Formulations Departments by analyzing pharmaceutical and/or cleaning samples. Support will be provided by analyzing samples using various procedures including, but not limited to, internal procedures, specifications, and analytical methods; compendial monographs, client procedures, and miscellaneous protocols. The QC Analytical Chemist is expected to understand basic internal procedures, and conduct analyses with some supervision after training is complete.

2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector provides quality assurance support and leadership to the Production Department. Production Utility Operator - 2nd Shift - Sauk City, WI

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The primary purpose of the Production Utility Operator is to provide support to the Sauk Facility Production Department. This support is provided by ensuring the essential job functions of this position are completed as part of the daily and/or weekly schedule.

Production Supervisor - 1st Shift - Sauk City, WI

1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Production Supervisor assigns work and coordinates manufacturing activities including set up, processing, tear down, and clean down activities in multiple production suites. The Production Supervisor trains and develops employees; evaluates work performance; reviews production data; and utilizes problem solving skills to improve operations and to meet company goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. The Supervisor may also perform key math calculations, verifications, and process inspections as necessary to support operations.

 Production Operator - 2nd Shift - Sauk City, WI

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment; preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a cGMP environment; and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Typical processing duties include verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control, and labeling containers as to its contents, lot number, weight, etc. The Production Operator is also responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers and other duties as assigned.

Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift - Sauk City, WI

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Mon. - Fri.) - The Packaging Operator is responsible for transferring product from builk packaging containers, transporting material with powered pallet jacks, packaging into bags, and palletizing. Typical processing duties include transporting materials, oeprating bag or pail packaging lines, weighing bulk product, recording run numbers, applying labels, reading a scale, and transcribing information onto lists and labels. Additional responsibilities may include sanitation (cleaning) and raw material screening.
