January 2025 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Kurt Rausch on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for January 2025.

Kurt has been with CPI for 15 years and currently holds the title of "Systems Engineer." Kurt worked in CPI's Maintenance & Engineering Department for 11 years before transitioning to his current role in the IT Department. Although Kurt typically works remotely in his position at CPI, employees have probably seen his face around the facility a lot more over the past few weeks. Kurt has worked closely with several departments and employees over the past month onsite, building relationships and helping the IT department with various projects. That, among other reasons, is why Kurt was nominated as January 2025 Employee of the Month!

Kurt’s hobbies include fishing, hiking, and camping! His favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Wild. Kurt enjoys watching the TV show Yellowstone.

FUN FACT! Kurt owns a saltwater fish tank and enjoys growing and selling corals to his local fish store.
