September 2024 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Kelly Groves on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for September 2024.

Kelly is currently the QC Senior Supervisor—Raw Materials and has worked for Coating Place, Inc., for 14 years. She was selected as the September 2024 EOM because she is very helpful and friendly and makes herself available even while out on PTO to ensure things run smoothly for her team and co-workers. Recently, Kelly has taken on additional responsibilities by supervising the Finished Products team while CPI looks to backfill that role. Even with the added workload, Kelly remains positive, and CPI appreciates her help!
