November 2024 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Brittni Noltner on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for November 2024.

Brittni started with the CPI team in May 2008 and currently holds the title QC Training Team Lead. She takes on a lot of extra tasks on top of her QC training and Production Sieve Test training. In Q3/Q4, Brittni played a critical role in updating Sauk documents, coordinating training of staff, reviewing documents, and organizing the lab when staffing changes occurred at our Sauk City Facility. Brittni is always open to taking on new projects and remains positive in doing so. To name a few, Brittni has taken on Master Control, data archive, helping with the improvement of the on-boarding process (new hires), and leading the QC review team. She also took on a direct report in 2024. Brittni is pleasant to work with and her leadership at CPI has made her a valuable employee.

Brittni loves spending time with family and being outdoors - hiking, fishing, and just playing outside with her family.

She is a busy body - constantly on the go! This past year, she has been busy on helping to build a new house.

Brittni enjoys playing card games, reading thriller/murder-mystery books, and jamming out to some old school 90’s rap.

Her favorite color is BROWN!
