March 2025 - Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Erik Pond on being selected as CPI’s Employee of the Month for March 2025.

Erik has been with the CPI Information Technology (IT) Team for just over 3 years as our Programmer/Analyst. As IT continues to be busy working on various company programs, Erik always finds the time to help others. Recently, the HR/Admin group had issues with a new hire's ability to log into the network. Erik is always willing to come down and ensure new employees can use the orientation programs. Erik has also helped HR in making some programs more user friendly. He's been spread throughout the facility a little more over the past couple months, and employees have appreciated his quick response times and friendliness. Erik, thank you for your continued hard work and willingness to go above and beyond for employees, especially in the recent months.

HOBBIES - Even more software development! Erik creates a lot of tools to assist with managing a large online community he is a part of. The tools range from literal community management to fun things people can do when they are bored. 

MOVIES - Handful of movies! Basically, anything revolving around magic (the art form), magic (the magical kind), or general head scratching kinds of movies; including but definitely not limited to: The Prestige, Inception, Harry Potter (series)

GENERAL LIKES - Beer and/or specialty soft drinks, Camping and/or fun air bnb's with his wife, and snuggling his cat!
